HOW TO SETUP CUSTOMER REVIEWS FUNNEL

1. Setup the review funnel.
2. Track negative reviews.

SETUP THE REVIEW FUNNEL

1. Scroll down the menu bar and go to Settings ⚙️

2. Click on Settings

3. Scroll down the Settings page

4. Go to 'Reviews Configuration' ⭐⭐⭐

5. Click on Add Link

6. Copy + Paste the link leading to your Google and/or TripAdvisor review page.

7. Choose the review site provider

8. Click on 'Create Review Link'

9. Configure negative review rating

Usually, 3-star reviews fall to negative ratings. This is up to you. ⭐

10. Click on Edit to set your negative review threshold

11. Set the numbers from 1 to 3

12. Click on Save Configuration

TRACK NEGATIVE REVIEWS

13. On the menu, click on Customers

14. Click on Reviews

15. Settle negative reviews privately 👌
