Questions (to ask the customers)

Here's how to use the Questions Feature in our Booking System. Using this feature, you can gather important information based on your customers' needs.

Activating the Questions Feature: A Step-by-Step Guide



How to enable and customize the questions feature.

Select Your Product: Choose the Product you wish to add questions to.

Navigate to Questions: Scroll down to the 'Questions' section.

Create a New Question: Click Create New Question to start crafting your query.

Craft Your Question: Enter the question you wish to ask your customers.

Choose an Input Type: Select the type of response you're expecting (e.g., text, multiple choice).

Optional or Mandatory: Check the Optional box if the question does not require a response.

Set Up Options: In the 'Options' tab, input the choices for your customers. These will be displayed as a drop-down list.

Save Your Question: After filling in all the details, click on the Create Question button to save your work.

Preview Your Question: Utilize the widget preview to see how your question will appear during the checkout process.

Here are some ideas:

Do you have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
How many people are in your group?
Is anyone in your group in need of special assistance?
Are you over 18?
What language would you prefer your tour guide to speak?
