How to See Redeemed or Unredeemed Vouchers

Keeping track of redeemed and unredeemed vouchers is crucial for smooth tour operations, preventing double redemptions, and ensuring guests get the experience they paid for.

With TicketingHub, you can easily check voucher statuses in just a few clicks. Here’s how:

1. Access the Orders Page
2. Filter by Voucher Status
3. View the Results

Steps to See Redeemed or Unredeemed Vouchers



Step 1: Access the Orders Page



Go to Orders in your TicketingHub dashboard.

Locate the Filter By box to refine your search.

Step 2: Filter by Voucher Status



Click on Voucher Booking.

Choose the relevant filter option:

Is Voucher – Displays all unredeemed vouchers.

Is Not Voucher – Shows all bookings that do not have a voucher.

Is Redeemed Voucher – Lists all vouchers that have already been redeemed.



Step 3: View the Results



Click Search Bookings to apply the filter.

Browse the list to see the status of vouchers and manage your bookings accordingly.



All Done!
